Step into a magical Christmas world at Colin Glen! Families are welcomed by Santa himself, who spends quality time with each group, sharing stories and posing for photos. An elf helps keep the fun going, and children can enjoy a scenic train ride through the forest.

After the adventure, guests head to our arts and crafts station to make their own stickman creations. Before leaving, each child picks a special take-home toy from Santa’s workshop. To complete the festive experience, families can toast marshmallows at our cosy s’mores station, enjoying a warm treat in a safe, supervised setting.

This unforgettable day is perfect for families and young children, offering a blend of festive fun, storytelling, creative activities, and classic holiday treats – all in the heart of Belfast’s festive forest.

- Meet & Greet: Santa and an Elf visit the kids as a group – an audience with Santa as each small groups gets 30 minutes with Santa
- Storytime: Featuring The Stick Man of The Gruffalo by Julia Donaldson
- Craft Activity: Build your own stick man with provided kits
- Enjoy the Gruffalo characters and Stick Man site on a guided walk of the forest
- Every child can choose a gift from Santa’s Workshop
- Toast Marshmallows and post your letter to Santa

Colin Glen Forest Park is a beautiful woodland river glen located on the edge of the Belfast Hills.

It has been described as Belfast’s ‘Green Lung’, and is located to the Southwest of Belfast City Centre, one mile north west of Dunmurry Village, with convenient access from the M1.
